SporturfTM Business Director, Matt Riggs, is pleased to announce the first installation of a FIFA certifiable field installed by a SporturfTM dealer. Worldwide Turf Canada was hired by Georgian College of Barrie, Ontario to complete the high profile project. Steve Halbert, of Worldwide Turf Canada, worked with school administrators to choose Duration 50 paired with a cutting edge Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE) infill and laid over a Thermagreen pad for increased performance and resiliency. This combination was chosen due to the outstanding performance it would provide to the student athletes of Georgian College.
